Welcome to FBA Group. Please read these terms carefully before using this website and our financial services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of service

FBA Group provides global corporate accounts, cross-border payments, FX and related treasury services under a Money Service Operator licence issued by Hong Kong Customs (licence no. 26-03-03328).

2. Registration and compliance

You must provide true, accurate and complete registration information and cooperate with know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering checks. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate service for compliance reasons.

3. User obligations

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any activity that violates applicable laws, and you are responsible for safeguarding your account and credentials.

4. Fees and settlement

Service fees are governed by the rates published on the platform or a separate agreement between the parties. Exchange rates and fees are shown clearly before each transaction.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FBA Group is not liable for losses arising from force majeure, third-party system failures or causes attributable to you.

6. Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms from time to time, effective upon publication. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
